Amount of opposite demand (placement) or supply (availability) the trader has in efforts to cross the stock. Not open.

Spoken For

Describing a security upon which an order has been placed, but not necessarily executed. The trader of a spoken for security is no longer looking for buyers or sellers, and may tell potential trading partners that he/she or the security are "spoken for." It is the opposite of open.
