Announcer Voice-Over

Announcer Voice-Over

In marketing, the practice of an off-camera individual speaking in a commercial, especially to narrate. For example, a commercial for a fast food restaurant may show a person eating a hamburger, while an off-screen announcer describes how good it tastes. Announcer voice-overs are often easier to produce, and voice-over actors are usually less expensive to hire than on-screen talent.
