The foramen transversarium which is unique to the cervical vertebrae is found on the
transverse process. Plexus sympaticus, vertebral artery and vein passes inside (Aydinlioglu et al., 2001; Murlimanju et al.; Gujar et al., 2015; Molinet Guerra et al.).
Plain x-ray shows pseudo articulation of left L5
transverse process and the sacrum (Figure 1).
