subindex has two sub-subindices: INDPOR (4) = (CumulativeValue3VariableRespectPosition/12) x 100 and INDPER (5) = (CumulativeValue3VariableRespectPerson/12) x 100.
Furthermore, Qatar came third at the Arab level behind Bahrain and Kuwait and 54th globally on the Readiness
subindex, which measures networked readiness in terms of ICT infrastructure, affordability, and skills.
Aircraft Vulnerability
Subindexes. Aircraft vulnerability refers to the inability of an aircraft to withstand the manmade hostile environment, which lies on ratio of fatal components, redundant ratio of fatal components, shelter ratio of fatal components, average killing probability, and average safety factor.
