Payment made to someone for out-of-pocket expenses has incurred.

Reimbursement

The act or concept of repaying a person or organization for expenses it incurred that rightly belonged to another party. Reimbursement is common between employees and employers. For example, if an employee pays for his/her own hotel room while on a business trip, the employer will likely reimburse him.
