For the highest
quartile in systolic BP variability, compared with the lowest, the risk of all-cause mortality increased by 19% (HR, 1.19; 95% CI, 1.16-1.22), MI by 7% (HR, 1.07; 95% CI, 1.03-1.11), and stroke by 14% (HR, 1.14; 95% CI, 1.10-1.18).
