distributed requirements planning (DRP) or distributed resource planning

is based on a similar structure to MATERIALS REQUIREMENT PLANNING (MRP) and is used to manage the movement of materials between organizations within the same SUPPLY CHAIN. See SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT.
