As for patient selection, in our experience we retrospectively noted that the Ovation endograft was primarily used in patients with proximal aortic neck affected by a greater thrombotic apposition, while the Incraft endograft was preferably used in case of more angulated proximal neck in the coronal axis. We have no evidence to support this choice, it simply reflects our opinion that Incraft can better adapt to angulated proximal necks, while we have the opinion that Ovation could conform worse due to the presence of the polymer and the long free-flow.
