Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB) has reported net income available to
common equity of USD 81 million, or USD 0.49 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2019, the company said.
PNB's board approved on Friday a stock rights offering to 'strengthen its
common equity tier 1 and enable the bank to sustain its asset growth.'
The Outlook revision to Negative from Stable reflects the holding company's deteriorating
common equity double leverage ratio (143% as of end-1H18 versus 124% at end-1H16) as it issued perpetual preferred shares rather than

A member of the FN Group previously invested USD2m in equity in LTC in October 2010 and the FN Group has now agreed to provide USD10m of fresh capital to LTC: USD5m in the form of a purchase of LTC's
