class B building

class B building

A building of good quality but without any extras;may have been designed as a no-frills building or may be a former class A building that has become dated in its design and finishes but is still well maintained. New tenants may be offered a build-out allowance, but it is typically sufficient only to repaint walls and replace floor coverings.
