blacking

a form of INDUSTRIAL ACTION in which workers in one organization refuse to handle goods or services either bought from or intended for sale to another organization which is engaged in an INDUSTRIAL DISPUTE with its workforce; this is a way of providing support to the workforce in dispute. See SECONDARY ACTION.
