Bas

Caribbean/Central America Business Advisory Service. An organization that provides guidance for entrepreneurs in the Caribbean and Central America. While the BAS does not invest or make loans itself, it also helps small businesses arrange financing. It was established in 1981 and is run by the International Finance Corporation.
