(1) Property designed for or used by companies or persons for manufacturing, warehousing, or assemblage of components. (2) In zoning, environmental, and building codes, the term “industrial property”will be defined within the statutes or codes for the specific purposes of those laws.The phrase may include uses not typically considered industrial and may exclude uses normally considered industrial.
