continuous operations clause
continuous operations clause
Similar to a continuous occupancy clause, but with better drafting. The continuous operations clause in the lease of a shopping center anchor tenant requires the tenant to remain open at a contractually defined level of operations sufficient to generate the traffic flow necessary to attract ample customers for the other shopping center tenants.
