A form that an investor must file with the Federal Reserve in order to roll over the investor's Treasury securities that are maturing into newly issued Treasury securities. Form PD 4633-1 must be filed at least 20 days before the currently held securities mature.

A Federal Reserve form that investors must complete in order to roll over a matured Treasury bill into a newly issued Treasury bill. This form must be in the hands of the Federal Reserve 20 business days before the maturity of currently held bills.
