Form 1066

A form that one files with the IRS to state the income, losses, deductions, and credits applicable to a real estate mortgage investment conduit. The form is also used for the REMIC to pay taxes on prohibited transactions, additional contributions of capital, and income from foreclosures. Other taxes are passed through to the REMIC holders.
