Foreign investment risk matrix (FIRM)
Foreign Investment Risk Matrix
Also called a
FIRM. A methodology that organizes different countries according to the
political risk and
economic risk investing in each country poses. For example, a FIRM would likely list the United States in a different place from Zimbabwe, where
investments carry significantly more political and economic risk.
