Automatic Merchandising

The sale of goods through a vending machine. Automatic merchandising does not require a sales person and may occur at any time of day or night (assuming the machine is accessible). Both of these reduce the overhead to almost nothing. Soda and tobacco account for the large majority of automatic merchandising.
