Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al-Samawi

A Yemeni banker and public official born in 1946. He served variously as minister of finance, executive director of the Arab Monetary Fund, and CEO of the Yemen Bank for Reconstruction and Development. From 1997 to 2010, he was governor of the Central Bank of Yemen.
