4, is showed the variation of oscillation frequency obtained versus the variation of
bias voltage. In response to a sweep of the
bias voltage between 0.7 and 1.2 V, the operation frequency increases progressively from 6138 to 7222 MHz.
The spectra were obtained by changing the polarity of the
bias voltage to evaluate the difference in charge transport properties between electrons and holes.
The dynamic I-V curves did not depend on the polarity of the
bias voltage V.
Because the LC
bias voltage is loaded along the z-direction, the LC molecules are also along the z-direction.
The left part of Figure 5 depicts a bias circuit that is used to provide three constant
bias voltages, [V.sub.1], [V.sub.2], and [V.sub.3].
For MOSFET under low temperature condition, the resistance value for each MOSFET highly depends on its
bias voltage which varies rapidly.
To understand the polarization behaviors of C[H.sub.3]N[H.sub.3]Pb[I.sub.3] films, we applied a DC
bias voltage between the C[H.sub.3]N[H.sub.3]Pb[I.sub.3] film and the conductive tip during the AFM measurement; the DC biases voltages were set to 0 V, +3 V, +6 V, and -10 V, respectively.
found that the nanoscale friction properties of a Si (100) sample can be manipulated significantly by the simple application of a
bias voltage [18].
Once the
bias voltage is greater than the threshold voltage, the resonant frequency changes less drastically with changes in voltage, but the resonance quality steadily increases as the voltage continues to increase.
SCM uses a metalized probe tip to bias the semiconductor in the depletion mode and to measure the differential capacitance between the probe and the semiconductor material as a function of the
bias voltage [5-9] (see Fig.
