ZWC

ISO 4217 code for the Rhodesian dollar. It was issued in 1970, soon after Rhodesia became a republic. It was a strong currency throughout its history, being roughly equal in value to the British pound. There were limits on its convertibility. It was replaced by the Zimbabwean dollar.
