Xenophobe

A person who hates or distrusts foreigners. Xenophobes can cause trouble in business; one may, for example, refuse to hire a foreigner who may be better qualified for a position than a native candidate. In many jurisdictions, xenophobic business practices may violate anti-discrimination law. Xenophobia in business should be distinguished from refusing to hire foreigners who are not legally authorized to work.
