"Blue Code' is a malicious program, which attacks remote Web-servers operating on Microsoft's Internet Information Server (IIS) platform.
In particular, "Blue Code" locates and terminates INETINFO.EXE application that is responsible for access to the Web-server's resources (this terminates active "Code Red" copies).
Most of today's most critical applications such as email, web-servers, and transaction-servers can no longer be shut down for backup and are running 24x7.
