Vision Care Insurance

An insurance policy that pays all or a portion of one's eye care. For example, vision care insurance may pay for check-ups, contact lenses or eye surgery. Most health insurance policies do not cover vision and thus vision care insurance must be purchased separately. As with all insurance, one pays a regular premium to receive vision care insurance.
