Unstable Transition(redirected from Unstable Transitions)
A difficult, unsustainable change from one form of government to another. For example, a state may undergo an unstable transition from a dictatorship to a democracy, or from communism to capitalism. An unstable transition is marked by war, civil unrest, hyperinflation, and other social ills.
