New Ugandan Shilling(redirected from Ugandan New Shilling)
New Ugandan Shilling
The currency of Uganda. The new shilling replaced the first Ugandan shilling in 1987 following a period of hyperinflation. The new shilling was issued at an exchange rate of 1 new shilling for 100 old shillings. Currently, it is used in Uganda alongside the U.S. dollar, the British pound, and the euro.
