A large venture capital fund (over one billion dollars). Such funds are known for imposing strong discipline on the firms they fund.

T-Rex Fund

A venture capital firm with more than $1 billion. T-Rex funds invest in start-ups and guide them typically to the initial public offering. Because they have so much capital to invest, they are generally able to acquire a great deal of control over the start-ups and are known for enforcing a good deal of fiscal discipline on them.
