Financial Aid

Loans, grants, and scholarships available to help students pay for education expenses, especially by an educational institution or a government. For example, a university may offer grants and academic scholarships while the government may subsidize low-interest loans so a student can attend the school. Financial aid is designed to make education more affordable, though schools also may use it to attract competitive students.
