As expected, sizing increased markedly with dosage over the range of dosage studied.
S-cutter press-side sprue/runner return granulator produces uniform particle size with minimal fines at low rotational speed of 30 rpm without a sizing screen.
More effective internal sizing, including ASA's on-machine curing capability, means less surface sizing, which improves printability.
In this work, the researchers studied the effects of impulse drying on AKD retention and on the efficiency of sizing. Impulse-pressed handsheets beaten to 25[degrees]SR or 40[degrees]SR were prepared.
