SPOC

Single point of contact. In management, the only person on a committee or project who is permitted to speak publicly (or in some cases, privately) about the committee's or project's actions. Assigning a SPOC is a way to streamline management of a project so supervisors (or the public) do not receive multiple stories multiple times.
