Sector Analyst

A person who examines information related to a single sector of the economy to determine what the information indicates about a company, situation, or anything else in that sector. For example, a sector analyst may be an expert in oil but know comparatively little about trading in other areas. Sector analysts are sought for their expertise in their fields.
