Scooby Snack

A derogatory slang term for a small bonus or other token reward. For example, if an employee receives a $25 bottle of wine in lieu of the usual Christmas bonus, he may be said to have been given a Scooby snack. The term comes from the name of the treats given to Scooby-Doo, the cartoon dog.
