SLD last sale

Shortened version of "sold last sale," which shows up on the consolidated tape when a large change (one point for lower priced securities and two points for higher-priced securities) occurs between transactions.

SLD Last Sale

On a ticker tape, an indication that security significantly increased or decreased in price in a single transaction.


Used on the consolidated tape to indicate a large price change in the indicated security since the time at which the security was last traded.
