A Tatar unit of length equivalent to 44.45 millimeters. It was rendered obsolete when the Soviet Union began to use the metric system in 1924.

Young Qaris from more than 65 Islamic countries are participating in this International Husn-e-Qirat Competition.
Rhythmic beats of duff, melodious renditions and vocal pearls of the Holy Quran by Qaris and Naat Khawans spell bound the jam packed hall and the audience kept showering accolades, admirations and reciting the holy verses to pay a humble tribute to their beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
Famous Qaris from Iran and Pakistan participated in the function.
