Public Unit Account(redirected from Public Unit Accounts)
Public Unit Account
An account, especially at a bank, containing funds provided by a government. The government could be national or local. The government places funds into the public unit account when it receives revenue from taxation, borrowing, or another source and it withdraws when it spends public money. In other words, a public unit account is the government's bank account.
