'How can a taxpayer defend himself and queries raised before him during the process of audit when parameters and reasons will not be disclosed to him?' Advocate Khan concluded.
Advocate Muhammad Ajmal Khan, counsel for taxpayer Happy Manufacturing, argued that impugned provision of section 214x (1A) of the Ordinance, which required the board to keep the parameters for the selection of a case for audit as confidential, is ultra vires of the provision of Articles 4,8,10-A,19 and 19-A of the Constitution.
Uncertainty of the deformation indicator prediction is strictly correlated with uncertainty of the determined parameters of a deformation model.

While a sponsor may have done significant work to mitigate risks related to the process parameters, criticality of a process parameter is not a standalone determination and depends on other inputs in the unit operations and also scaling up.
In this test, a wide range of roughness parameters relating to all fields were evaluated, including all kinds of profile parameters, roughness parameters and waviness parameters.
The main contribution of the present study is to present and illustrate a methodology that determines the probability distribution of yield arising from uncertainty in key hydroclimate parameters. This approach has not previously been presented in the literature.
Given the large number (> 20) of gait-describing parameters that are measurable using standard equipment and software, some authors have attempted to use the factor analysis to reduce the relevant number of factors clinicians' need to measure to glean better understanding of an individual's gait.
After the analyses were completed, the model parameters were used to predict the growth data from birth to day 150 and the correlations between the observed and predicted growth curves were calculated.
However, the optimal performance and efficiency of the ACA are closely related to the chosen parameters that include the information heuristic factor [alpha], the expectation heuristic factor [beta], the pheromone evaporation factor [rho], the pheromone strength Q, and the number of ants M [11].
