North America was the largest region in the vital parameter monitoring devices and equipment market in 2018.
Advocate Mohammad Ajmal Khan, one of the counsel for the petitioners, argued that the provision of subsection (1A) of section 214C of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, which required the FBR to keep the parameters for selection of case for audit confidential was ultra vires of provision of Articles 4,8,10-A,19 and 19-A of the Constitution.
It also denied access to the parameters under which they are selected for audit.
This means that taxpayer who are selected are in some manner not compliant taxpayers, hence they have right to know that under which particular parameter, their case fall for selection of audit.
METHODS OF ESTIMATION OF MODEL PARAMETER UNCERTAINTY
Where I' is solubility parameter, I is the density, R is gas constant (1.987cal mol-1 K-1), T is the temperature (K), M is the molecular weight, IH is the molar heat of vaporisation, G is group molar attraction constant derived from experiments, 18.02 MPa1/2 converts into cal1/2 cm-3/2.
While a sponsor may have done significant work to mitigate risks related to the process parameters, criticality of a process parameter is not a standalone determination and depends on other inputs in the unit operations and also scaling up.
Prior to measurement, the machine is set up on the basis of the roughness parameter Rsm ("Mean value of the profile element widths within a sampling length." [4]).
In the analysis by Stedinger and Taylor (1982), the incorporation of parameter uncertainty into the calculation effectively altered the range in the 500 estimates of required reservoir capacity compared with the situation where all 500 replicates were based on a single estimate of mean and standard deviation.
In studies that do provide normative values for gait parameters, the magnitudes of values for the gait parameters are quite variable and mainly concern spatiotemporal parameters [1-6].
For all optimization runs, the size of the initial set of parameter samples used to construct the initial surrogate model was set to 100, based on the suggestion by Wang et al.
Growth curves for body weight of kids were determined by Monomolecular, Gompertz, Richards, and Three Parameter Logistic models.
