malfeasance

Doing an act that is wrongful.Contracts will often have default clauses for a party's malfeasance,misfeasance,or nonfeasance.Malfeasance is a wrongful act,misfeasance is a proper act done in a wrongful manner,and nonfeasance is the failure to act when one had a duty to act.
