GR

The two-character ISO 3166 country code for GREECE.

GR

1. ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code for the Hellenic Republic (Greece). This is the code used in international transactions to and from Greek bank accounts.

2. ISO 3166-2 geocode for Greece. This is used as an international standard for shipping to Greece. Each subdivision has its own code with the prefix "GR." For example, the code for the Department of Arkadia is ISO 3166-2:GR-12.

(59) In other studies, although statistically significant associations with PTSD were lacking, SNPs associated with NR3C1 (60) and FK506 binding protein 5 (FKBP5) (61) have been shown to interact with trauma exposure to predict the severity of PTSD symptoms.

Foram encontrados baixos niveis de mRNA nos receptores de glicocorticoides, assim como um aumento na metilacao da citosina em um promotor de receptores de um determinado glicocorticoide--o NR3C1 (McGowan et al., 2009).
We have, however, found that polymorphisms in the 11[beta] HSD type 1 gene, coding for an enzyme involved in GC metabolism, and polymorphism in the glucocorticoid receptor gene (NR3C1) were associated with impaired cognitive dysfunction and fatigue in patients with CS [18].
Recent research indicates that multiple mechanisms contribute to this resistance [20], such as repression of GR gene expression by glucocorticoid-induced GR binding to an negative glucocorticoid response element (nGRE) on a GR-NCoR1-histone deacetylase 3-containing repression complex (NR3C1) [46], GR[beta] antagonizing the action of GR[alpha] [47], and phosphorylation of GR by p38 MAPK [48].
The glucocorticoid receptor (GR or GCR) is also known as NR3C1. The GR regulates genes controlling the development, metabolism, and immune response.
The Supplementary Table 10 showed that DEFA6, TCN1, and KLK11 are upregulated and NR3C1 and THRB are downregulated in adenoma, which can be earlier screening markers.
Epigenetic regulation of the receptor gene NR3C1 leads to a decrease in glucocorticoid receptors, which in turn reduces the feedback from the HPA axis and thus increases cortisol secretion [4, 5].
The cells consisted of non-human mammalian cells engineered by Indigo Biosciences to provide constitutive high-level expression of full length, unmodified human androgen receptor (NR3C4), human estrogen receptor 1 (NR3A1), human estrogen receptor 2 (NR3A2), and full length, human glucocorticoid receptor (NR3C1).
In a recent study of children who were removed from their parents due to abuse or neglect, a reduction in methylation of NR3C1, an inflammatory regulation gene, as well as differential methylation of cancer related pathways was found in children with ACEs compared to controls [84].
(2009) examined epigenetic modifications in the promoter of NR3C1, which encodes the human glucocorticoid receptor in the hippocampus.
