Mutual Savings Bank

A savings and loan association that has no stockholders and, as a result, reinvests all profits in itself. Most mutual savings banks are owned by their depositors and borrowers. Because there are no stockholders to please, mutual savings banks are often very conservative with how they invest deposits. As a result, they tend to survive periods of financial distress relatively well. This was especially true during the Great Depression. In the United States, most mutual savings banks are in the Northeast.

We concatenate the log d most significant bits from log md random integers to form a new [log.sub.2] m = log md * log d bit random integer.
Knudsen says, however, that in practice the largest errors depend on the most significant bits. Thus, it is possible to drastically reduce the glitch-correction table size by considering only those most significant bits.
The LSB of each pixel in a block is stripped off, and the remaining high-order bits, or most significant bits (MSBs), of the pixels are concatenated with the image-size parameter and a secret user key.
The coarse channel would repeat once throughout the frequency band and provide the four most significant bits of the frequency report.
Then we use the superscripts letters m and l for the 4 most significant bits and 4 least significant bits separately, meaning that [mathematical expression not reproducible].
CUDA Math API does support the_fmod function [34], which can be employed to extract the least and most significant bits. But it consumes tens of instructions which is extremely inefficient, while using integer native instructions set; the bitwise operation needs only one instruction.
