Life Risk Factor

Information about a potential policyholder that affects life underwriting. Life risk factors include age, gender, height, weight, and tobacco use. Life risk factors demonstrate the likelihood that a policyholder will die before a certain period of time has passed. This informs an insurer as to whether to offer a policy and, if so, what premium to charge.
