(ICA) has advised importers to trade the commodity under its by-laws and rules because they ensure safe trading environment and protect the legitimate interests of both buyers and sellers.

(ICA); Andrew Macdonald, AMCON Consulting; Julia Salasky, UN Commission on International Trade Law; Quamrul Ahsan, Cotton Bangladesh; and Esther Berkelaar, Rabobank International.
The treasure trove of information came to light during an office move by the International Cotton Association
(ICA), formerly the Liverpool Cotton Association, which dates back to the mid-18th century.
