International Business Reply Service

A service offered by the U.S. Postal Service allowing mail with a reply card or envelope to be sent internationally. The reply card or envelope may be returned to the United States without postage, which is collected from the initial mailer upon delivery. It may be used in international direct mail marketing or in other business correspondence.
