Health Insurance Renewability

Health Insurance Renewability

The ability of a policyholder to reactivate a health insurance policy after its term expires. Depending on the nature of the renewability, an insurer may be able to raise (or, less frequently, lower) premiums, provided all members of a risk class are treated in the same way.
