Foul Weather Fund(redirected from Foul Weather Funds)
Foul Weather Fund
A mutual fund designed to perform as well or better than the overall market when the overall market is performing poorly. For example, a foul weather fund may invest predominantly in securities with low volatility or in countercyclical stocks. Foul weather funds exist to reduce the risk to the investor during a downturn.
