Form 4255(redirected from Forms 4255)
A form that one files with the IRS to calculate an increase in taxes due to the recapture of an investment or a therapeutic grant tax credit. For example, one may have to file Form 4255 if one claimed an investment credit in a previous year, but sold the investment within the first five years.
