Form 1099-G(redirected from Forms 1099-G)
A form that a government agency files with IRS to report any payments made to an individual. For example, if a local government gives a citizen a tax refund, it reports this payment to the IRS on Form 1099-G. This is done because many of these payments are taxable for the individual.
