Form F-6

A form that one must register with the SEC to offer an American Depository Receipt. An America Depository Receipt is security representing a foreign stock held by a financial institution that is traded in U.S. dollars. Form F-6 includes information such as the issuer of the receipt and what foreign stock it represents.
