Ex Warehouse

Ex Warehouse

An agreement between a buyer and a seller in which the seller delivers a good, at his own expense and risk, to a certain warehouse. Once it arrives at the warehouse, expense and risk transfer to the buyer, who is responsible for transporting the good from there.
