Echo Bubble(redirected from Echo Bubbles)
A small bubble that forms after another bubble bursts. That is, an echo bubble forms when the economy or, more commonly, the stock market begins to recover from a burst bubble prematurely. Analysts and investors form echo bubbles, in part, because they begin to feel more confident than the situation warrants. As with all bubbles, echo bubbles eventually burst.
